Unlock The Power Of Your Breath

Work on your breath, your thoughts and life will change automatically.

  • Ancient yogis understood the profound link between the mind and breath. Emotions like anxiety, joy, or anger influence our breathing, and conversely, we can change our mental state and the quality of our thoughts through our breath.

  • To master the mind, these yogis focused on regulating the breath rather than directly controlling thoughts. They used techniques like pranayama (breath control) and Siddha Yoga (breath channeling), much of which was kept as a well-guarded secret.

  • Inner Transformation Yoga brings this ancient wisdom to light for everyone to benefit from. Tap into the power of these age-old yogic practices to unlock your potential, deepen your self-connection, and experience enhanced intuition and positive transformations in your thoughts, actions, and outcomes.

Testimonials

  • Sahithya W, Cleveland OH

The ITY program that Harish has created is a thorough and methodical approach to ancient breathing techniques. With this practice, I’ve learned to pay attention to my breath as I move through my daily life. It helps me stay attuned to my thoughts and feelings that arise as life happens.

Harish is a very thoughtful and patient teacher. He has a wealth of knowledge about pranayama, its physiological benefits to the body and how it brings about a positive change in one’s thoughts and outlook. He is more than happy to repeatedly clarify and explain in depth any questions that come his way. He is an excellent guide through my practice daily.

ITY helps me connect the dots in my life - from reacting to responding. If you stick with this program, you will most certainly see a change in you and how you move in your life!

  • Vidya H, Raleigh NC

I have learnt some breathing exercises through my different yoga classes, but my yoga teachers were never able to clearly explain the technique and what the different breath control exercises actually do.

With Inner Transformation Yoga, right from the first day, Harish clearly explained the goal, the path and demonstrated them with personal examples. Every breath control technique was explained clearly - what, why, how, when and what not to do.

Harish is a great teacher, very sincere, he looks out for our well-being. He inspires us to commit to the practice, and keeps encouraging. He makes sure this doesn’t just end with the 3-week instruction but goes on to become part of your life.

  • Gayatri N, West Palm Beach FL

Having attended many yoga classes and pranayama/breathing I can say Harish is the best pranayama teacher that I have experienced. He is systematic, explains the deeper meaning and benefits very well.

I have been practicing for a few years now and seen significant improvement in my health and my overall well-being

  • Anirudh Hari, Cary NC

Harish is an extremely knowledgeable and well-studied pranayama teacher and practitioner. Not only does he understand the practice the way it was taught to him by his master, but he also thinks outside the box and finds ways to explain the practice through a scientific lens, and how it fits into our lives from a greater perspective. Rather than relying on blind faith, he walks his students through why the practice works and what is happening as we feel the changes in our own bodies. Harish offers far more knowledge for a fraction of the cost of most yoga centers and teachers.

  • Rob Lee. Nyack NY

Harish is a dedicated, thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable teacher. When I was struggling mentally to commit myself to doing the pranayama practice from vasi yoga that he taught me on a daily basis, he started to work with me remotely. I had fallen out of the schedule and behind the group that he had started to teach. He brought me up to speed with individual sessions. I had struggled with bipolar when I was younger, and recently had an intense Ayahuasca ceremony that pushed me into a severe depression.

Working one on one with Harish and going to see him locally made all the difference. The practice he taught me immediately shifted my state of mind and emotional balance so that I regained self agency. I felt in control again. Harish brought me up to speed and helped me get back into a daily practice. The practice at first would curb my food cravings for the next 4hrs at first but after a week or so I regained control and have lost 10 of the 20 lbs and continuing to for the weight I've gained during my recent depression. The practice makes a huge difference. Using it and a few other yogic practices I'm regaining stability and my grounding again. I am watching my body and mind change on a daily to weekly basis. He is very knowledgeable about how the yoga asanas affect the balance and when he discovered that my stuffed nose was not clearing from sun salutations, he identified my unbalanced cobra pose that caused it.

I highly recommend Harish and Inner transformation yoga. This is a practice that is often not shared and hard to come by. For those who aren't familiar with yogic teachings like this and struggle with mental health, it is totally possible to maintain your health and transform even more with teachings like this, no need for pharmaceuticals, plant medicine or therapy (not saying there is anything against these things but highlighting the potential and power). And it is also a very potent tool for integration and diving deeper into the meditative practice, not to mention also very good for the body and detoxing.
