Let customers speak for us
from 13 reviewsI recently had the privilege of attending the 3-day reset breathwork retreat hosted by Harish, and I can honestly say it’s an experience I will never forget. Words almost fail to describe the impact it had on me—not just physically or mentally, but on a soul level. I went in carrying a lot and came out feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to myself than I have in a very long time.
The breathwork sessions were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. They were intense, beautiful, and at times completely unexplainable. Harish guided us with such grounded wisdom and care, creating a safe space where I could truly let go. Each session brought something new to the surface—grief, clarity and joy.
But this retreat was more than just breathwork. Harish also shared his passion for Indian cooking, teaching us to create incredible dishes using his own handcrafted spice blends. The food we cooked and shared felt like nourishment on every level.
This retreat was a reset in the truest sense of the word. It was a pause, a deep breath, a reminder of who I am beneath the noise. If you're going through something, or even if you're not, I couldn’t recommend this experience more. Harish doesn’t just host a retreat—he holds a sacred space for transformation.
Thank you, Harish. I’ll carry this with me always.

The ITY program that Harish has created is a thorough and methodical approach to ancient breathing techniques. With this practice, I’ve learned to pay attention to my breath as I move through my daily life. It helps me stay attuned to my thoughts and feelings that arise as life happens. Harish is a very thoughtful and patient teacher. He has a wealth of knowledge about pranayama, its physiological benefits to the body and how it brings about a positive change in one’s thoughts and outlook. He is more than happy to repeatedly clarify and explain in depth any questions that come his way. He is an excellent guide through my practice daily. ITY helps me connect the dots in my life - from reacting to responding. If you stick with this program, you will most certainly see a change in you and how you move in your life!

I just returned from this amazing weekend retreat. Like many people I was under a lot of stress and looking for clarity, uncertain aspects of my future relationships, career, etc.
I had recently watched the movie “Eat, Pray Love“. if you haven’t seen it, I would recommend it. Julia Roberts is searching for clarity and takes a trip to India, where she learns breathing techniques, meditation, etc.
While I enjoyed the movie, which is based on a true story, a trip to India is just not feasible for me. But thanks to the universe, India came to me! I met Harish through this website. Having read the reviews, looking at his website and retreat offerings, it seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.
I found this to be an amazing experience that provided me with clarity and peace. The website and course online as a guide to continue to practice at home are a resource I will definitely use.
I also opted to complete the astrology chart, which provided valuable insights into my own behavior patterns. This will allow me to reflect and make choices differently based on this information. Harish is a great host, instructor, and cook. I enjoyed the cooking lessons as well.
Accommodations were clean and comfortable. His home is set in a very peaceful setting, allowing for a wonderful space for quiet reflection.

I wanted to get away from personal and professional stressors and to learn a discipline that will help me navigate life more peacefully.
I liked that it is geared to just 1 to 2 people at a time, so the instructor can devote more time to his students.
After attending this retreat, I've continued the practice at home. I've noticed how much calmer I feel after practicing the breathing techniques.
I learned a practice that I can easily continue at home, and should I need further instructions, Harish makes himself available to offer guidance when needed.
Harish is an amazing person and teacher. He is very approachable, he explains the practice in a manner that makes sense. He has a passion for teaching, is a strong communicator, he is very engaging and empathetic, not to mention a great cook!

I wanted to deepen my breathwork and meditation practice.
It offered an intimate environment to learn and reset. It included silence for most of the retreat which is crucial for resetting and focus.
The morning breathwork (Shat Kriya) is energizing and brings to life my morning routine. Vasi Yoga helped me go deep into my breathwork. I left the retreat excited to continue the practice in my daily life!
Harish is great! He developed an amazing program combining the essential aspects of his teachings into an accelerated program.
Harish invited us into his home and provided comfort, great food, and a wealth of knowledge!!

I enjoyed the silence and the introspection. The learning and the food were also amazing.

I was overworked and stressed out.
I signed up for the retreat for a weekend getaway to unplug from the world around me, and this retreat gave me that and a lot more. In the end, I felt more relaxed.
At the end of the weekend, my body felt healthy, my mind was clear, and I could control my breath and thoughts to reduce anxiety.
The Yoga he teaches is all about the mind and how to control your thoughts and mindset. For me, this was a reset retreat. The food was amazing and he taught you how to make it.

This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to step away from your daily routine and reset. Through guided breath work sessions, you will quiet mental chatter and find clarity.

Harish was a great teacher and a great cook. Very knowledgeable and happy to teach others. Very down-to-earth person.
It was a great experience and comfortable accommodations. I'm very happy to be a part of this journey.

I was looking for something different. I needed a break. And I definitely wanted to do some introspection. I definitely experienced what I was seeking.

Having attended many yoga classes and pranayama/breathing I can say Harish is the best pranayama teacher I have experienced. He is systematic and explains the deeper meaning and benefits very well. I have been practicing for a few years now and seen significant improvement in my health and my overall well-being

I have learned some breathing exercises through my different yoga classes. Still, my yoga teachers could never clearly explain the technique and what the different breath control exercises do. With Inner Transformation Yoga, right from the first day, Harish clearly explained the goal, and the path and demonstrated them with personal examples. Every breath control technique was explained clearly - what, why, how, when, and what not to do. Harish is a great teacher, very sincere, he looks out for our well-being. He inspires us to commit to the practice and keeps encouraging us. He makes sure this doesn’t just end with the 3-week instruction but goes on to become part of your life.

Harish is an extremely knowledgeable and well-studied pranayama teacher and practitioner. Not only does he understand the practice the way it was taught to him by his master, but he also thinks outside the box and finds ways to explain the practice through a scientific lens, and how it fits into our lives from a greater perspective. Rather than relying on blind faith, he walks his students through why the practice works and what is happening as we feel the changes in our own bodies. Harish offers far more knowledge for a fraction of the cost of most yoga centers and teachers.
